The co-workers at Multidata-Bluegarden are by far the most important asset in the Group - without our staff we would be nothing. It's due to our co-workers that we are the leaders and the biggest company in the sector in Scandinavia.

  • Dialogue is one of the cornerstones of Multidata-Bluegarden, and we appreciate the opinions of members of staff, since we believe that their opinions can help to carry us even further. That's why we have a flat organisational structure, with a short route to top management, and where all staff are welcome at all times. In addition, we hold frequent dialogue meetings with top management, where all current topics are discussed. We have respect for every employee's opinion.

We also think that all people should have an opportunity to create an optimal balance between work and leisure time.
