Historic Health Agreement for Bluegarden
Helse Sør-Øst RHF has entered into a frame agreement with Multidata-Bluegarden on behalf of the National Programme for Staff and Support Officials for a common wages and personel system together with a recruitment system.
Helse Sør-Øst RHF has entered into a frame agreement with
Multidata-Bluegarden on behalf of the National Programme for Staff and
Support Officials for a common wages and personel system together with a
recruitment system. The agreement means that the three regional health
companies Helse Sør- Øst, Helse Midt and Helse Nord have chosen
Multidata-Bluegarden for the purchase of IT solutions and services within
payroll, staffing, recruitment and appointments. The frame agreement has
been awarded to Bluegarden in accordance with the Law on public
procurement.
The purpose of the national project has been to enter into a frame
agreement so as to organise common solutions with the aim of improving
control information and thereby achieve a better overview and checking, and
also to ensure the satisfactory and efficient planning of resources in the
health companies. Another aim is to bring about financial benefits in the
form of improved direct cost-effectiveness within the HR area. Throughout
the procurement process, one requirement has been to purchase solutions
which are user-friendly for staff at all levels of the organisation.

Bluegarden has been a total supplier of systems and services within payroll
and HR for Helse Sør since 2004. The agreement has covered around 24,000
staff.
There was stiff competition for the frame agreement, and many competitive
players were assessed. Bluegarden has established collaboration with
