(13.05.2008) Bluegarden has entered into an agreement with EDB Business Partner for the supply of IT operating services for the company's activities in Norway. Bluegarden will in turn take over responsibility for payroll processing for EDB's employees in Norway. Both agreements run for five years, and represent total contract value of NOK 115 million and NOK 40 million respectively.
(07.05.2008) In summer 2007, Multidata acquired the Norwegian company, Bluegarden, and in so doing became Scandinavia’s largest provider of payroll, HR and outsourcing solutions. In the start-up year, the group managed a turnover of DKK 697 million and delivered a profit of DKK 40 million. The new group is now focusing on larger market shares, both within payroll and HR solutions.
