Multidata-Bluegarden has entered an cooperation agreement with Finnish company Silta. Silta is one of the main providers of salary and HR solutions in Finland and with this new agreement, Multidata now operates throughout the Nordic countries.

Multidata-Bluegarden has entered an agreement with Silta on delivery of HR services and outsourcing in Finland.

Silta is one of Finland's top providers of salary, HR and outsourcing services, and this new agreement gives Multidata-Bluegarden the opportunity to manage the customers' salary and HR jobs across the Nordic countries.

”With this agreement we will get the opportunity, through Silta, to service large Scandinavian companies on the Finnish market. As a group, we experience a growing demand for solutions that also cover the Finnish market,” says group CEO Helge Kaltoft.

”The solution makes it possible for companies to manage salary and HR jobs – among them outsourcing – across borders and by these means achieve greater organisational and managerial efficiency of work processes. This means that a manager in one country can approve employees' salary and HR related entries, in which of the four Nordic countries the employees may work”.

The Multidata-Bluegarden Group already has offices in Sweden and Norway in addition to the in Denmark.

First Nordic customer agreement with If

The first customer to benefit from this type of agreement is the insurance company If.

”We are implementing a solution across the four countries for If, which will commence August 2010. Furthermore, we have a number of customers that we also expect to create solutions for in the next year. At the moment, we have negotiations with three to four companies,” says Helge Kaltoft.
